What we do?

What's hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a process in which a hypnotherapist partially blocks the conscious mind of the hypnotized to be able to work on the mind’s part it doesn’t control, known as the unconscious or subconscious mind. This part of one’s mind is the space composed by impulses, forgotten memories, feelings and emotions that conform who we are. Such contents are difficult to be accessed and are hardly manipulated, for this fact hypnosis can help us gain access to that hidden corner of the mind to print concepts, reinforce preexisting ones and extract hidden information.

What does being hypnotized feel like?

Although it is a process in which the patient’s conscious mind is blocked, it just loses it partially, being conscious of everything that surrounds it and will not be able to do anything he wouldn’t do normally.

Actual hypnosis is far from close to the stereotypical image of a mysterious man that exerts a domination power on an individual that becomes subjected to his orders. The hypnotic process is totally voluntary and the perceived sensation is that of great tranquility and a nice feeling of drowsiness. When the session is finished, the patient will remember anything happened during the session.
